10Two’s vision is to build a vibrant network of churches and resources who will make a generational impact by developing 200 new church leaders while encouraging and equipping existing churches to also care for their pastors and families.

Scott Beckenhauer
Executive Director
Scott is the Lead Pastor of Calvary Christian Church as well as the team leader for the 10Two team. He is passionate about introducing people to Jesus, serving the Church, developing church leaders, and has a love for Kingdom conversations. Scott loves spending time with and supporting his wife, Michalene, and their three children.

Andi Grant
Communication Coordinator
As a professor at Summit Christian College, Andi gets to be part of teaching tomorrow’s ministry leaders and today’s overcaffeinated students. She finds her greatest joy in watching students grow and sitting down for a good conversation about ministry. Away from work, she loves adventuring with her husband, Ted, talking with family and friends, or reading a good book.

Tim Snyder
Church Partner
Tim is on staff at Calvary Christian Church in Bellevue, NE, as the Next Gen and Calvary Leadership Institute Pastor. Tim has been in ministry for over 30 years, helping individuals find their next steps in serving Christ. Tim is married to Susan and loves to cycle and golf in his free time, along with hanging out with his granddaughter.

Jackie enjoys caring for people and has connected the opportunity to her roles in 10Two, Create 308 Dance and Music Studio, and Grandma to 7 grandsons. She also enjoys supporting her husband, Scott.
Scott has served in church ministry for over four decades and recently concluded 32 years with Third City Christian Church. He now serves with the Solomon Foundation. Scott and Jackie are passionate about developing and encouraging church leaders.
