The Objective

Creating leaders starts with intentional discipleship within the church. As avenues and pipelines for ministry leadership continue to shrink, it’s increasingly important for the Church to create hands-on education to foster discipleship and spiritual growth.

Church leadership is the fruit of church discipleship. When churches invest in their people, providing guidance and opportunities to serve, future leaders emerge. By building a strong framework for leadership development, the church ensures each generation is equipped to lead with faith and wisdom.

“The harvest is plentiful, but the workers are few..." This was true in the first century and it's true now. We live in a time of great opportunity for the advancement of the gospel. Yet, the number of people considering full time Christian service is declining.
