Call.Create.Care.

The Objective
Caring for future Christian leaders starts with supporting those currently in ministry. With many leaving after just seven years, churches must create a culture of encouragement and sustainability. This care extends beyond pastors to elders and the entire congregation, ensuring leaders are nurtured and equipped to endure. Prioritizing their spiritual, emotional, and practical well-being fosters an environment where future leaders can thrive.
Matthew 10:41 reminds us that honoring God’s servants brings blessing, emphasizing the need to uplift leaders. Investing in their growth and fostering a strong community prevents burnout, ensuring ministry remains a supported, lasting calling.

Support Programming

Crisis Care For Pastors
Ministry work is rewarding, amazing, challenging, energizing and ultimately the most important calling in life. But it is often arduous, traumatic, dangerous, and filled with unexpected financial burdens. 10Two can support pastors and their families during unique times of need.
Soul Care For Pastors
Covenant Groups
Covenant Groups focus on the soul care of ministry leaders by providing a life-giving small group experience where church leaders can be unconditionally loved, fully known, and encouraged in their personal life, family life, and ministry.
Why It Matters
Life-giving smaller groups are crucial for church leaders to be a part of because they offer a
supportive and safe environment where we can find spiritual and emotional renewal. Because
we often bear the weight of our congregation's needs and can feel isolated in our roles, these
groups provide a space to share struggles, receive encouragement, and strengthen our own
personal faith.
Covenant Groups help church leaders stay grounded, maintain their own
well-being, and ultimately, serve their families and congregations more effectively.

Cost
Due to generous individuals, there is no fee for participation in a Covenant Group. Participants are responsible for their travel and meal costs to and from retreats. Participants are to share the cost of meals and lodging while at the retreat. Participants are encouraged to purchase “Soul Strength” Book & Journal (by Alan Alghrim)
